Wash Alert Support:

There have been two distinct Wash Alert Systems. Please be sure that you know which you are using.

The first, Wash Alert Plus, was the original system sold prior to March 2002 and uses Alert Plus software.  Alert Plus software is no longer supported by conventional means, however the most recent version, 1.08 is available as a free download from the link below.

The second and current version, Wash Alert 104, uses Alert Plus 104 software.  Alert Plus 104 software is still supported. Please use the support email link below to submit any support inquiry.  Be sure to include your phone number, the phone number to the site and a full description of the problem.
